My training and experience

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Red Kite Training & Therapy, a UKATA-registered institute.

My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis and supported by regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.

I am currently working towards Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) accreditation.

My four-year training was shaped by ecological psychotherapy, which informs my awareness of context - the environments, relationships and wider systems that influence who we are. This is whether sessions take place online, indoors or outdoors.

My goal is to work towards my CTA to become a fully certified TA Psychotherapist.

My work is grounded in personal lived experience.
I know what it’s like to carry untold stories, silent grief and questions around identity and belonging.

I feel deeply connected to working with:
• Adoptees and those exploring their story, including parental death
• Neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism
• People facing fertility challenges, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss
• Those moving through grief and loss in all its forms

These are not just areas of interest; I have walked alongside these experiences in my own life. That insight shapes how I show up in the therapy room: with care, openness, and a commitment to truly hearing what might be difficult to say.

Other areas I have work with:
- Anxiety
- Intrusive thoughts
- Depression
- Communication and relationship breakdown
- Low confidence and self esteem
- Team management

- Domestic abuse

- Bullying
