My training and experience

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Red Kite Training & Therapy, a UKATA-registered training institute.

My training has spanned four years under one of TA’s leading Ecotherapists, which means my work, whether indoors or outdoors, is supported by an ecological mindset. That is not to say I will always use the ecological directly in my work, however my training has enhanced my intricate listening skills.

I believe that healing happens through relationship, with ourselves and others and I’m grounded in the idea that therapy can be enriched by the natural world, drawing on the ‘more than human’ to support deep listening, connection, and healing.

I hold space for all parts of both client and I to be present where clients feel deeply heard and exploring the idea that our bodies hold our story in a way that our minds cannot explain.

I’m currently working towards my Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) accreditation with UKCP.

My work is grounded in personal lived experience.
I know what it’s like to carry untold stories, silent grief and questions around identity and belonging.

I feel deeply connected to working with:
• Adoptees and those exploring their story, including parental death
• Neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism
• People facing fertility challenges, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss
• Those moving through grief and loss in all its forms

These are not just areas of interest; I have walked alongside these experiences in my own life. That insight shapes how I show up in the therapy room: with care, openness, and a commitment to truly hearing what might be difficult to say.

Other areas I have worked with:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Communication and relationship breakdown
- Low confidence and self esteem
- Team management

- Domestic abuse

- Bullying
