My training and experience
With a background in hospitality and a deep interest in human connection, I bring warmth and real-world understanding to my practice with an understanding of different cultures.
I have a special interest in trauma, attachment and neurodiversity, informed by both professional training and personal experience. My goal is to help you explore patterns, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change by working together, co-creatively at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I am currently working towards my UKCP accreditation as a Psychotherapist and I am registered with both the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My training has consisted of four years with one of TA’s leading Ecotherapists and therefore both my indoor and outdoor practice are fully supported by an ecological mind, using ‘more than human’ to support the therapeutic journey.
I have experience working with:
- Adoption
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief
- Neurodiversity
- Communication and relationship breakdown
- Confidence and self esteem
- Team management
