My training and experience
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Red Kite Training & Therapy, a UKATA-registered institute.
My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis and supported by regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
During four years of training, it was shaped by ecological psychotherapy, which informs my awareness of context - the environments, relationships and wider systems that influence who we are. This is whether sessions take place online, indoors or outdoors.

My goal is to work towards my CTA to become a fully certified TA Psychotherapist.
I am often described as someone who builds deep and genuine connections with people. I believe the therapeutic relationship is where much of the work happens; creating a space where you feel understood, supported and able to explore your inner world at your own pace.
Many of the people I work with have struggled with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, people-pleasing, or the lasting impact of earlier experiences.
My lived experience helps me meet your experiences with genuine understanding.
As an adoptee diagnosed with ADHD, I understand how vital relationship, trust and consistency can be, and these are values I hold at the heart of the therapy space I offer.
My work is grounded in personal lived experience.
I know what it’s like to carry untold stories, silent grief and questions around identity and belonging.
I feel deeply connected to working with:
• Adoptees and those exploring their story, including parental death
• Neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autism
• People facing fertility challenges, miscarriage, or pregnancy loss
• Those moving through grief and loss in all its forms
Other areas I have work with:
- Anxiety
- Intrusive thoughts
- Depression
- Communication and relationship breakdown
- Low confidence and self esteem
- Team management- Domestic abuse
- Bullying
